We’re getting ready for a very special night supporting the Pawprint Promise Project, and we truly can’t do it without a strong volunteer team behind the scenes.
If you’ve ever wanted to be part of something meaningful (and fun), this is your chance to jump in and help make the night run smoothly for our guests, sponsors, and animals we’re working to support.

We’re currently looking for volunteers to help with:
✨ Guest Check-In & Welcome Team
Greet guests, assist with registration, and help set the tone for the evening.
✨ Event Flow & Floor Support
Help guide guests, answer questions, and keep the night moving smoothly.
✨ Auction & Raffle Assistance
Support with bid sheets, item organization, and finalizing results.
✨ Setup & Breakdown Crew
Help before and after the event with tables, decor, signage, and clean-up.
✨ Guest Experience & Hospitality
Assist with food/drink areas, guest needs, and overall comfort.
✨ Photo & Content Support
Help capture moments, assist with group photos, and support social media coverage.
No experience is necessary — just a good attitude, reliability, and a willingness to help where needed. Every role plays a huge part in making this night successful.
